Giving you the confidence to create the future you want is why SJP exists.

Over the past 30 years we have continued to invest in our Partnership, in learning and development for our people, in our investment approach, in our culture, in technology, and in being a responsible business – all of which lead to better outcomes for all of our stakeholders.

But we recognise that our image didn’t accurately surface and reflect the business that we are and the people we represent.

We spoke to our clients, our Partners, and employees. All of whom described SJP as a very human business. Lifelong personal relationships are incredibly important to us and our Partners, and the way we looked needed to show that.

We want everyone to have a clearer idea of who we are and what we stand for, while showcasing our expertise through face-to-face advice. We have technology backing us up but that doesn’t replace that very human impact we make.

We hope the changes you’ll see over the next few months will demonstrate all of this and show you who we are, what we believe in, and what we bring to our clients.

In our emails, letters and on our website, you’ll see a noticeable difference, both in how we look and how we sound. This will happen over time, as it’s the most responsible way to minimise waste. We’ll therefore be transitioning gradually as the year unfolds and into 2023.

As a client you should receive information on these changes via your Annual Wealth Account statement which will be sent out in the first quarter of this year. The first change you’ll see will be our website and social media accounts.

We understand that change can take a bit of getting used to. But always remember that you can continue to trust SJP, as one of the UK’s leading investment advisers. If you have any questions about what you see, please contact your SJP Partner for further clarity.

We’re here for you

At an operational level, there’s no change to how we conduct ourselves or do business. You’ll still meet with your Partner face-to-face whenever possible, and continue to access the information you need, including your investments, in exactly the same way as before. Our primary focus remains your financial wellbeing.
